Review Ordered Items / Checkout
- To review items ordered, select the "Basket Contents" or "Checkout" button/link at anytime.
- Remove items as needed ("Remove" button next to each item)
- Adjust quantity of items ordered by changing the "Quantity" field and clicking the "Update" button.
- Select "Checkout" when satisfied with items ordered.
- If you have an existing customer account, and you have already "signed-in", you will be shown your account information so that you may confirm it to be correct.
- If you are not signed-in (logged-in) you will be offered that opportunity before proceeding so that your existing information can be used, saving you time.
- If you do not have a customer account, you will be offered the opportunity to create one before proceeding -OR- you can elect to proceed without setting up an account.

What is the normal turn-around time
We need between 5-7 business days to print your order and then send it out.
Is there any extra charge to ship it sooner?
Yes…50% will be added to print your order when received - to send out the same day.
40% will be added to print your order when received - to send out within one day.
30% will be added to print your order when received - to send out within two days.
PRIVACY POLICY

All the information provided to Personal Headlines as a result of your on-line purchase is treated as confidential, and will not be disclosed to any other parties.
RETURN POLICY

- All items must meet your approval or purchase price (including postage) will be refunded.
- Return the item(s) in original condition within 15 days.
- Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
- We cannot, however, accept any returns that arrive COD.
- After 15 days, returns may be subject to restocking charges.
RUSH ORDERS

- NORMAL shipping is within 5 - 7 business days on orders received by 2pm Central time. Please note that we try to hit the 5 business day target, but it depends on the number of rush orders.
- RUSH shipping is provided within 48 hours on orders received by 2pm Central time for a 30% surcharge.
- SUPER RUSH shipping is provided within 24 hours on orders received by 2pm Central time for a 40% surcharge.
- SAME DAY RUSH shipping is provided SAME DAY order is received by 2pm Central time for a 50% surcharge.

To add items to your Shopping Cart:
- Enter the quantity desired
- Enter your particular headlines, text, shipping method, etc. as prompted
- Click to add the product to your shopping cart
The Shopping Cart holds everything you have decided to order and you can order as many items as you like. You can view the products you have added to your cart simply by clicking on the "Basket Contents" at the TOP of every shopping page.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove From Cart" button. To clear all the items from your shopping cart, click on the "Reset" button.
